This website is solely owned and managed by Nurnberg Consulting SL, Madrid, Spain. As far as we cam say, it does not use cookies to track visitors' activity on the website. In particular, this website does not track visitors via trackers or other artifacts that link to social networks.

EVEN IF WE DO NOT PURPOSEFULLY COLLECT DATA, WE DO NOT HAVE THE RESOURCES TO MAKE SURE THAT NO DATA IS EVER COLLECTED AND YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT OURS IS A BEST EFFORT. BE ENSURED, HOWEVER, THAT WE WILL NEVER SELL ANY DATA TO ANY THIRD PARTIES. EVER.

Our company is registered in Spain, Europe, and is subject to any applicable Spanish and European laws and regulations.

OUR DATA APPLICATION

We are in the process of publishing an application ("NC DATA") on Google Play, where customers can get data about companies as listed in publicly available registries, as well as news and other publicly available content. Our application is in the initial stages of pre-release testing and it will be improved in several ways on an ongoing basis. 

The privacy policy for the NC Data application will be further detailed after the test users feedback and since it will be a subscription-based app it will be subject to specific terms and conditions as well as privacy commitments. However, also for the app it will be valid the basic concept that NO DATA WILL BE SOLD OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO THIRD PARTIES, EXCEPT FOR THOSE PARTIES THAT TAKE PART NECESSARILY FOR THE APP FUNCTIONING.

If you subscribed to the app, you will be able to see in the app settings what some of the data we know about you. To delete your account, please send an email to app@ncdata.eu and all your data will be deleted in accordance to applicable laws, primarily the laws of Spain.

This website is merely informative, all our infrastructure and data is securely located and stored in Europe and completely disconnected from any content or link available on this website. As such, no client data can be accessed from this website and, in reverse, no visitors' data will be transferred to our infrastructure.

This website has been built through WIX, so visiting our website means accepting certain monitoring that may be done by WIX. Please refer to their website and policies if you have any doubts (in short, WIX provides a basic report on site visits only about those visitors who accepted the cookies in the standard banner). On our end, WIX provides us with a dashboard where certain metrics are stored. At the moment this website was created on the WIX platform (17 November 2022) no visitors' data was visible/available in the dashboard. This privacy policy will be updated in the coming days to reflect what we see in the dashboard with WIX's defaults and, if necessary, change it as much as we can to keep our overall stance on privacy: we are not interested in how you navigate our website.

 

However, please carefully consider that by visiting our website you agree to the following:

1) You shall not engage in any illegal activities, such as identity forgery or spam;

2) You shall not try to retrieve content from our website (there is none);

​

3) You shall not try to access our clients' data through this website - there is none. As stated above, our infrastructure is completely separate from this website. However, should we understand that you (try to) engage in such activities, please be informed that ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE SPANISH COMPETENT AUTHORITIES.

4) You shall not use our website to promote your products. Likewise, you shall not use our brand and name to associate it with your activities. WE NEVER ENDORSE ANY COMPANIES OR CORPORATE GROUPS AND THEIR ACTIVITIES. Any such improper associations will be reported to the competent Spanish authorities.
