OUR DATA APPLICATION
We own an application ("NC DATA") on Google Play, and a web application at https://ncdata.eu, where customers can get data about companies as listed in publicly available registries, as well as news and other publicly available content.
The NC Data application data privacy policy follows the basic concept that NO DATA WILL BE SOLD OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO THIRD PARTIES, EXCEPT FOR THOSE PARTIES THAT TAKE PART NECESSARILY FOR THE APPLICATION TO FUNCTION (also known as the "Data processors").
If you subscribed to the NC Data application, you will be able to see in the application Settings what some of the data we know about you. To delete your account, please go to the application Settings --> User profile --> Click on Delete my account, or send an email to app@ncdata.eu and all your data will be deleted in accordance to applicable laws, primarily the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. In principle, all data shall be purged from our systems in a maximum of 7 days, though certain transactions data, such as the Stripe payments for the subscription, may be kept for more time in accordance to the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
ALL DATA HANDLED BY THE NC DATA APPLICATION ARE SECURELY STORED IN GERMANY AND SUBJECT TO THE GDPR.
